Not so Average Interests of a Random Individual

How can people study for hours on end? I find myself bored and uninterested after any more than an hour, hence why I break up studying onto multiple days; at the very least.I will on average spend 3 to 4 solid hours total preparing for most midterms and this happens over the course of days or hours with breaks in between, not straight…hell no. People who study for six hours on one day are insane and sleeping at the library during finals, come on forget it. I would much rather finish studying at a decent hour and at least get some sleep, so my brain retains  at least  some of the information I studied. At this point you either know the material or you don’t, right?
