Not so Average Interests of a Random Individual

Work issues?

It seems ,to me ,like adults in the work place basically act like children, at the least the people I have had to work with . (all of which in at least in their late 20s, which is older than myself) Yet ,I tend to be the only one who seems to understand how to do my job.

What happened to being punctual, hard working, polite, being accountable, not to menation firm when you need to be , and just overall doing the job you were hired to do. I’m amazed at the childish behavior I’ve seen while working. Maybe the location I live that brings out these people, but I know I was taught to respect the work i do and additionally I have different value on the work I do, giving nothing less than my best.
